How do you ensure the freshness of your spices?
We source our spices in small batches from sustainable farms and grind them weekly in our own facilities to ensure you receive the most potent and aromatic product possible.
What is the shelf life of your products?
For optimal flavor, we recommend using ground spices within 6-12 months and whole spices within 1-2 years. Store them in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Do your spice blends contain any fillers or MSG?
No. All of our handcrafted blends are made with 100% pure herbs and spices. We never use anti-caking agents, artificial fillers, or MSG.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
The vast majority of our spices and blends are naturally gluten-free and vegan. Any specific allergens are clearly labeled on the product page and the physical packaging.
